1. Founder-owned use
SubmitAgent is designed for products and organizations you own or are authorized to represent. The founding license does not include resale, agency fulfillment, client submissions, shared accounts, or abusive automated volume.
2. Your authorization
You are responsible for confirming project facts and your authority to create or claim each listing. When you opt in for a project, you authorize SubmitAgent to act as your electronic agent and accept ordinary, non-exclusive terms needed to display the product descriptions, logos, screenshots, and links you control on directory listings.
That project authorization does not include payments or subscriptions, exclusive rights, ownership transfer, bundled recurring marketing consent, personal identity or signature requirements, or materially different terms. SubmitAgent must pause those actions for your review.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing CAPTCHA, access controls, rate limits, or destination security.
- Submitting false claims, impersonating another person, or claiming an organization without authority.
- Manufacturing reviews, votes, engagement, or community participation.
- Using the product to spam irrelevant destinations or ignore destination rules.
- Exposing passwords, session cookies, verification codes, or payment data to the backend.
4. No outcome guarantee
SubmitAgent does not guarantee acceptance, approval time, public listing, backlinks, link attributes, indexation, search ranking, authority metrics, referral traffic, or sales. Destination rules and pages can change or disappear.
5. Third-party destinations
Directories are independent services. Their forms, accounts, prices, moderation, and terms are outside the control of SubmitAgent. Support for a route does not imply partnership or endorsement.
6. Availability and updates
Routes may be added, changed, paused, or removed as destination behavior changes. The backend, skill, and application may evolve during validation. Final continuity and fair-use terms will appear before checkout.
