Current status
SubmitAgent is in internal validation. This page does not invent a refund promise before the commercial terms, payment processor, tax handling, and license delivery are finalized.
Before checkout opens
The checkout flow must clearly state:
- The refund request window and when it begins.
- Whether installing, activating, or running a campaign changes eligibility.
- How technical failures, duplicate purchases, and unauthorized payments are handled.
- Any non-refundable external directory fees, taxes, or third-party purchases.
- The contact method and expected response time.
No external fees are included
Directory listing, advertising, or featured-placement fees are separate purchases made under third-party terms. SubmitAgent does not currently purchase those services for customers.
